Aluminum Part

Aluminum parts are usually made of 6061 or 5052 aluminum alloy, processed by CNC precision machining, stamping or die casting, and surface treated by anodizing, sandblasting or conductive oxidation.

Stainless Steel Part

Stainless steel parts are commonly made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, manufactured through CNC precision machining, laser cutting or metal stamping, and finished with passivation, electropolishing or brushed surface treatment.

Fan Motor Cover

The fan motor cover is usually made of ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel sheet (SPCC) or flame-retardant PP plastic, and is processed by die-casting, stamping and bending or injection molding.

Keyboard Case

The keyboard case is usually made of ABS engineering plastics, aluminum alloy (6063), processed by injection molding, CNC carving or laser cutting, and surface processes such as oil injection laser carving and anodizing.

Plug Tinplate Shell

The tinplate shell of the plug is usually made of tin-plated steel sheet (tinplate), which is formed by precision stamping and bending, and is subjected to surface treatment such as tin plating and passivation.

Phone Shell Frame

The frame of the mobile phone case is usually made of 6 series aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel or PC/ABS composite plastic, and is formed by CNC precision carving, nano injection molding (NMT) or high-pressure die-casting.

Mouse

Mouse are usually made of ABS engineering plastics, aluminum alloy (6063) or PBT+GF, and are manufactured by injection molding, CNC finishing or two-color injection molding.

Protective Cover

Made of 316L stainless steel and titanium alloy, processed by precision CNC turning, laser cutting or injection molding, and surface treated by electrolytic polishing, plasma cleaning and coating
