Audio Housing

The audio enclosure is usually made of aluminum alloy (6063), ABS engineering plastic or MDF medium-density fiberboard, processed by CNC carving, injection molding or laser cutting.

Battery Charger Housing

Made of flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy, ADC12 die-cast aluminum or galvanized steel sheet (SECC), it is manufactured by precision injection molding, die-casting or sheet metal stamping and welding.

Battery Module EndPlate

Battery module end plates are usually made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, SUS304 stainless steel or flame-retardant PPO+PS composite materials and are manufactured by precision stamping, CNC machining or injection molding.

Battery Mounting Plate

Battery hanging plates are usually made of Q235B carbon steel (galvanized), 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced nylon (PA66+GF30), and are processed by laser cutting and bending, die casting or injection molding.

Vehicle Cooling Plate

Electric vehicle heat sinks are usually made of 6063 aluminum alloy or high thermal conductivity composite materials (such as graphene-filled aluminum) and are manufactured by high-pressure die casting, CNC finishing or brazing.

EV Inverter Housing

The inverter bracket is usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy (6061-T6), galvanized steel sheet (SECC) or engineering plastic (PA66+GF30) and is manufactured by precision stamping, die casting or CNC processing.

Motor Housing

The motor housing is usually made of HT250 cast iron, ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel, and is formed by gravity casting, high-pressure die casting or sheet metal welding.

Valve Housing

The valve body shell parts are usually made of 316 stainless steel, ductile iron (QT450-10) or brass (H62) and are manufactured by precision casting, CNC turning and milling composite processing or forging.
